How to use for best results
Add to drinking water over 3 consecutive days at increasing concentration. Day 1: 5ml to 3 litres. Day 2: 5ml to 2 litres. Day 3: 5ml to 1 litre. For long-term support use the Day 1 rate for 3 days per week. Shake well before use. Store in a cool dry place.
