Pricing & Payment
All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable.

Payment is taken at the point of order. Orders will not be processed until payment has been received in full.

We are not responsible for delays outside of our control.

Risk & Ownership
Ownership of goods passes to you once they have been delivered to the address provided.

Returns & Faults
Due to our order-on-demand model, we do not accept returns for unwanted items.

If an item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will assess and resolve issues appropriately, including replacement or refund where applicable.
