Become a Collective Partner

We partner with thoughtful equestrian, dog, country lifestyle, gifting, and rural brands who genuinely care about quality, presentation, practicality, and the people they sell to.

Horse Hound & Country was built to feel different from large, crowded marketplaces and faceless online retail.

We are creating a slower, more intentional kind of rural retail. One built around carefully chosen products, trusted recommendations, strong brand storytelling, and a genuinely engaged countryside audience.

We are always looking to discover brilliant brands, specialist makers, and independent businesses who feel aligned with the HHC world.

Our Philosophy

Curated, not crowded

We are not trying to stock everything. We are trying to build a collection of products and brands people genuinely trust and enjoy returning to.

Every potential partnership is reviewed carefully to ensure it feels aligned with the HHC aesthetic, customer base, and values.

Ways To Partner

Two routes into the HHC Collective

Preferred Route

HHC Collective Connect

For established Shopify brands

Our preferred onboarding route for brands already operating on Shopify and managing live ecommerce inventory.

  • Shopify integration support
  • Automated product syncing
  • Inventory updates
  • Supplier direct fulfilment
  • Faster onboarding
  • Easier operational scaling
  • Potential campaign and editorial features

Ideal for established ecommerce brands looking for a seamless operational setup with HHC.

Flexible Route

HHC Collective Studio

For makers, independents, and non-Shopify brands

A more hands-on onboarding route designed for smaller brands, specialist makers, handmade businesses, and growing rural independents.

  • Guided onboarding support
  • Manual product setup
  • Collaborative merchandising
  • Flexible fulfilment discussions
  • Support for handmade or made to order products
  • Smaller curated collections welcomed

Not on Shopify? That is absolutely fine. We love discovering smaller and growing brands too.

Who We Work With

Brands that feel naturally at home within HHC

We welcome applications from established brands, independent makers, specialist businesses, and thoughtful startups across equestrian, dog, yard, country home, gifting, and countryside living.

We are particularly drawn to brands that value quality, practicality, storytelling, craftsmanship, slower retail, and products designed for real everyday use.

Whether you dispatch directly or wholesale traditionally, reliability and communication matter hugely to us.

Partnership Fees

Investing in thoughtful onboarding

Every Collective Partner is onboarded carefully and manually to ensure products, imagery, merchandising, fulfilment setup, and brand presentation meet the HHC standard.

Our onboarding process may include setup support, collection planning, merchandising guidance, integration assistance, launch preparation, and operational onboarding depending on the partnership route.

Commercial Structure

Flexible partnership models

Commercial structures vary slightly depending on fulfilment model, product category, operational setup, and partnership type.

Depending on the brand and setup, partnerships may include supplier direct fulfilment, wholesale supply, curated collections, collaborative launches, gifting features, editorial content, or longer term brand partnerships.

Full commercial details are discussed during onboarding conversations once we better understand your business and operational model.

The HHC Audience

A modern countryside customer

Our audience includes horse owners, dog owners, countryside households, riders, yard owners, gifting customers, and people who simply love thoughtful rural living.

They care about practicality, quality, aesthetics, usefulness, and finding products that feel genuinely worth buying.

We review every application carefully, but due to the volume of enquiries we may not be able to respond to every submission immediately.

Beyond Retail

Built to support growing rural brands

As the HHC Collective continues to grow, we hope to offer selected partners additional support beyond retail placement alone.

Depending on the brand and stage of growth, this may include onboarding guidance, Shopify support, merchandising advice, seasonal planning, campaign collaboration, creative direction, styled photography, ecommerce mentoring, and collaborative launch support.

We care deeply about helping thoughtful rural brands present themselves beautifully and grow sustainably over time.
