Horse Hound & Country is a UK ecommerce retailer specialising in equestrian, pet, yard, home, gift and country lifestyle products.

As the business continues to grow, we are building a small, specialist team of practical, commercially minded people who understand ecommerce, rural retail and excellent customer service.

We work with a wide range of suppliers, brands and partners across the UK, supporting customers who genuinely live the horse, hound and country lifestyle.

How We Work

HHC operates as a modern online retail business, combining ecommerce management, supplier relationships, product data, marketing, customer service and operational support.

Our team works across website management, product onboarding, customer experience, brand partnerships, marketing campaigns and catalogue development.

Ecommerce Assistant

Supporting product updates, website maintenance, order queries, merchandising and general ecommerce administration.

Customer Experience Assistant

Helping customers with product questions, order updates, returns, delivery information and aftersales support.

Product Upload Assistant

Working on product data, images, descriptions, categorisation, SEO fields and catalogue accuracy.

Marketing & Content Assistant

Supporting social media, email campaigns, blog content, product features, seasonal campaigns and brand launches.

Supplier & Partnerships Coordinator

Supporting supplier communication, brand onboarding, trade accounts, product information and commercial partnerships.

Who We Look For

Practical people with good judgement

We value people who are organised, reliable, commercially aware and comfortable working in a growing ecommerce environment.

Experience in equestrian, pet, rural retail, country lifestyle or online retail is always helpful, but attitude, accuracy and common sense matter just as much.
