How it works

1. Choose your pack size, and folded or rolled.
2. Upload your photo and type your message.
3. Pick your background and text colours.
4. We design your wrap and print it to order.
5. Your sheets are dispatched within 5–7 working days.

Getting the best result

Use a clear, well-lit, high-resolution photo – an original from your phone camera rather than a screenshot. Choose a text colour that contrasts strongly with your background (for example cream with racing green, or white with navy) so your message reads clearly. We print exactly what you type, so please check spelling before adding to basket.

Questions

What can my message say?

Anything up to 25 characters including spaces – a name, "Happy Christmas", "Love from Bramble" or a birthday message.

Can I choose any colour?

Yes – pick any background and text colour. Printed colours can look slightly different from how they appear on your screen.

Folded or rolled – which should I choose?

Both are the same paper and print. Folded sheets are sent flat with fold lines. For £2 more, rolled sheets arrive in a sturdy postal tube with no creases – the best choice if you're giving the paper itself as a gift or want the neatest finish.

Just want the photo?

Choose our Personalised Photo Wrapping Paper, with your photo repeated across the whole sheet.

How long does it take?

Every order is made just for you, so please allow 5–7 working days before dispatch, plus delivery. Order early for Christmas.

Can I return personalised wrapping paper?

Because it's made to order with your photo and message, it can't be returned unless it arrives faulty or damaged.

Free UK delivery on orders over £60. Standard UK delivery is £3.95 and typically arrives in 2–4 working days.

Easy 30-day returns. If it's not quite right, return unused items within 30 days for a refund or exchange. Personalised items are non-returnable unless faulty.

Upload one clear, well-lit, high-resolution photo, type a message of up to 25 characters, then pick your background and text colours. Strongly contrasting colours (such as cream on racing green) keep your message easy to read. We print exactly what you type, so please check spelling before adding to basket.
